POLICY PLEASE READ
Consultations are required before any services are provided (can be completed via video conference or in-person). Please arrive 15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time so you have time to check in, change into robe, and fill out paperwork. We also ask that you silence your cell phone, or turn it off completely, so you may enjoy your experience with us.
Waivers
All new clients are required to sign our policies waiver on their first visit to the spa.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Internal Beauties Body Contouring & Wellness we respect and know that your time is valuable We appreciate that you understand that ours is too. Your appointments are essential to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments for your appointment and cancellations. If you need to cancel without a prior 48-hour notice you will incur a cancellation fee of $50. (deducted from your deposit). A $50 deposit is due upon booking full remaining payment is due at the time of your first treatment session. If you are 10 minutes late you will incur a $10 late fee. 20 mins late you will incur a $50 late fee (your deposit) and you will need to reschedule.
PRIVACY AND SAFETY
We strictly impose safety, especially during these times. To avoid risks, you are not allowed to bring anyone else to your appointment unless they too are being serviced. By booking your appointment, you agree that you understand ALL of our terms and policies. We appreciate your courtesy Thank You.
REFUND POLICY
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

ALL TREATMENTS, PACKAGES, AND PRODUCTS are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-
exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones
requested are not available. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for services rendered. We
would suggest fixing any issues instead.

Pricing Disclaimer: All prices may be changed at any time without notice We reserve the right to change
our product's and service's prices at our discretion.

Booking Disclaimer: Please use a valid phone number and email address when booking with us. This will ensure you are receiving proper notification about appointments and our special promotions. If by any chance, you did not receive a confirmation email after paying - please reach out to us.

All client testimonials are personal patient opinions and do not represent claims or guarantees of effects.
We specialize in homemade products for your slimming and wellness. You are welcome to pick them up at the spa during business hours, have them delivered or we can ship them to you and you will receive them within 7-10 business days for a minimal shipping fee. All products are non-refundable since they are consumable.​
